Rays BBQ and Catering  Full Service Catering  Includes:

Our professional staff will deliver and setup the buffet, carve the meat and serve it  to your guests. All serving tables, chaffing dishes. serving utensils, and everything else needed will be supplied.  You just sit back and enjoy! A $200 serving fee will apply for the first 2 hours, and $100 per hour after that. Full service catering required on whole hog parties and all events that need the food cooked on site.

 

 

SELF SERVICE CATERING:

 

We will deliver your BBQ and set it up on your serving tables.

  A  $25.00 delivery fee  is added to your invoice.

 Note: All Prices are per person plus tax plus tax. We do not require advance deposits, but all payments are "Due on Receipt" unless prior arrangements are made.

Rays BBQ has the ability to cater from 20 - 2,500 + people. Our largest event to date has been over 8,000 people in a 36 hour period.  We have fed up to 1,000 people in a 1 hour period. Talk about work! Whatever your size crowd, everyone we have catered to will tell you how great the food and service are!

 

• 50 % deposit is requiring for all events and FULL payment is required at the time of the event.
• Cancellations MUST be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations after 48 hours will result in forfeiture of deposit.
• Minimum of 25 people for any catered event. For events of 200 or more a separate labor and service charge.
• Prices listed are per person unless otherwise noted. All prices are subject to applicable state and local taxes.
• Rays BBQ and Catering reserves the right to vary menu selections when necessary due to market conditions
• All Prices include disposable utensils, solid paper ware and necessary condiments.
