We offer a full line of fresh, made from scratch recipes that you will be hard pressed to beat. Our real Italian cooking will surprise you too! We can prepare, from scratch, Lasagna, Spaghetti with Meat Sauce And Meat Balls and everyones favorite Italian Sausage.

Filet Mignon

The most flavorful and tender Filet Mignon you have ever experienced. Our selection of Certified Choice Beef prepared exclusively for gourmet dining is among the best beef available anywhere at any price (since our supplier guarantees their beef, we guarantee our beef). Cooked to a gourmet defined Medium Rare (105 degrees in the center), and wrapped in  Smoked Bacon, this entree is so tender it can be eaten with just a plastic fork, although we do provide china and stainless flatware.  market pricing

Fresh Cut Steaks

Fresh, Hand Cut New York Strip or Rib eye steaks cooked to order ON SITE! First we hand cut the steaks to approximately 3/4" thickness and apply our own secret blend of seasonings and we then cook them to perfection on one of our mobile grills at the site of your event. Grilled Fish

The fish of your choice, i.e.. Swordfish, Salmon, Amber jack, etc., Grilled with our own extraordinary blend of butter, fresh garlic, herbs and seasonings grilled right on one of our mobile grills at the time you want to eat.
